Newton of Plaidy Joinery Project was a new build completed in 2019.  This 1 3/4 storey timber frame house was manufactured in our own workshop. Newton of Plaidy has fantastic views from both lounge and master bedroom,  and the large glazed gable accentuates this perfectly. Oak finishings were used throughout and this compliments the stunning oak kitchen installed.  Icynene spray foam insulation and triple glazing were used resulting in very high efficiency and air tightness, complimented with MVHR to enable the building to breathe and be as healthy as possible. A small oil boiler and solar thermal panels were installed for heating purposes.
